Neoz Cordless Lighting Return Policy
New and Unused Items
NEOZ will accept product returns within 15 days of receipt of the item. A restocking fee of up to 25% will apply. If you purchased your product with Teakwoodcentral please email services@ntin.net or call Teakwoodcentral at 844-544-6161 within 15 days of receipt of the item to notify us of the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number, which is valid for 7 days. Returns after 15 days of receipt of the item(s) will not be accepted. Please note that it is your responsibility to ship the item(s) back to us and the shipping charges will be paid by you. You will need to package and address the product for return including all accessories and manuals. You must ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. The product should be unused, in a like-new, 100% saleable condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging.
Neoz Cordless Lighting Custom orders, made to order and non-stock items, are not returnable and not refundable. We do not keep inventory of these items and they are made per order, as such we cannot accept returns, exchanges or issue a refund. Please note that items altered for installation or equipment that has been modified is non-returnable and non-refundable. Orders of 5 or more items are not returnable for NEOZ Cordless Lighting.
Wrong and Defective Items
If an item is damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the delivery of shipment. Upon receipt of the package from us, please make sure to inspect the item(s) to ensure that you received the right item(s) and that it is in perfect condition. If there is any damage or if the product is defective, or if you received a wrong item a claim should be made within 7 days of delivery. If we shipped the incorrect item(s) we will issue a call tag and arrange for shipment pickup from you to our warehouse. Once we receive the item in our warehouse we will ship the replacement for the same item(s).
Refund Policy
All returned items are inspected within 7 business days of arrival to our warehouse. If returned products arrive used or damaged we will not be able to provide a full refund. You will be charged an additional restocking fee of up to 100% of the original purchase price, based on the severity of the damage. For your protection we recommend that you use a registered and insured shipping method to return items to us. Neoz is not liable for packages lost or damaged whilst in transit back to Neoz. If you return a product because it was defective but we find that the product is in full working condition or any defects or damage were caused after you took receipt of the product you will not be issued a refund. You may be invoiced for a processing fee. The credit for returns for reasons other than valid warranty claims will be issued for the purchase price minus the actual shipping charges that we incurred in sending the item(s) to you and minus Restocking fees, if applicable. Note that shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that items altered for installation or equipment that has been modified are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Product Warranty
All products are covered by the warranty of NEOZ. If you have any questions about the warranty or want to make a claim and know the warranty cover for a particular product, please email or call us. We will work with the manufacturer to work on your claim.
