Shipping and Returns Policy
It is important to read this document before ordering or returning any merchandise. We want to help you but we depend on your cooperation to do so.
We offer free shipping on most of our merchandise. Exceptions, where free shipping does not apply, will be displayed when applicable.
We cannot accommodate orders to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We process orders within 24 - 48 hrs. Most of our suppliers' ship within 3-7 business days. Please refer to additionally noted lead times and shipping policies for each product.
Due to some carrier restrictions on some items, we encourage you to contact us for a special shipping quote for expedited shipping.
We do accept returns however, we can’t accept unauthorized returns.
Each manufacturer has its own regulations and we will do our best to help you with your returns; so please email us or call us at 844-544-6161.
Returns will be accepted for a certain time after receipt of the merchandise depending on each manufacturer. Please always contact us immediately and no later than 7 days after receipt of damaged or unwanted merchandise for information on returning a product prior to doing so.
The following statements apply to all manufacturers and still require your immediate contact with us:
Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit where visible damage can be seen on the outer side of the package must be made through the carrier:
Inspect all boxes for damages before signing the freight bill and MAKE SURE THE CARRIER SIGNS THE FREIGHT BILL FOR ANY DAMAGES.
Always check your merchandise upon delivery and call or email us immediately if you have complaints!
Pictures of damaged merchandise must accompany all return applications.
Missing parts and damaged or incomplete deliveries have to be reported within 5 days (Please look up individual manufacturers listed below). After 5 days some manufacturers offer no service anymore. Sorry, we have to go with the rules of our suppliers and can not offer exceptions.
All claims must be packed in original boxes without any writing on the box!
There will be a 10-30% re-stocking fee for all not damaged returned items depending on each manufacturer. (Please look up individual terms below.)
Assembled, displayed or used merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All returns shipments must be freight prepaid and insured and they must include the RMA or SKU number and a copy of the original invoice.
Sunbrella Cushions will not be exchanged or accepted as returns. All cushion sales are final.
No cash refunds will be made; Exchange and credit only.
